Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Chamomile, Lavender and Skullcap.

Placed inside an unbleached Tea Bag.

🌿About Sweet Dreams: This blend was inspired by my best friend’s mother who was having issues sleeping after his passing. Something mild and gentle to allow her to calm her mind and thoughts; to relax.
